You will receive an email at the email address you have specified when your order has been dispatched – this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door.
After payment is received we take 24 hours to inspect, pack, and label the tea (Zeytox) (excluding weekends or Holidays). Delivery via Albanian National Express Post (EMS) depending on the state is within the next 2-3 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
Zeytox does not open on public holidays. Orders received on these days will be dispatched the next working day.
Domestic and International shipping is free, unless customer asks for specified service. To the majority of the countries GEP Express is used, unless specified otherwise by GEP, in this case Albanian National Post is used.
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office. This is your responsibility. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our ‘Express’ delivery method require a signature.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then Zeytox will inform you immediately by email as soon as Zeytox L.L.C receives the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item at your cost of shipping or for you to cancel the order for a refund minus shipping cost.
Late deliveries or dispatch
Although Zeytox L.L.C is able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. Zeytox L.L.C, regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.
The other circumstance that may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, Zeytox L.L.C will do our very best to assist and help with the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5.1 Consequential loss for late deliveries
Zeytox L.L.C do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries, or the item is intended as a gift, and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer.
6.Delivery to business addresses
Zeytox L.L.C allows delivery to alternate delivery addresses including business addresses and places of work. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available during normal working hours e.g. at reception who can sign for delivery on your behalf.
